The app should be pretty simple to use - once you've installed it, run it from Start..Programs..WallpaperFlickr..WallpaperFlickr. It will appear in the system tray and immediately load a new photo from recent interesting uploads every two hours. To access
the settings, right-click the icon in the taskbar and choose "Settings". You'll see a dialog like this one:
